Tuning in to Teens

A six week program for parents and carers of adolescents

Would you like to learn how to:

• Be better at talking with your teen?
• Be better at understanding your teen?
•  Help your teen learn to manage their emotions?
• Help to prevent behaviour problems in your teen?
• Teach your teen to deal with conflict?

For parents and carers of adolescents 12 years and over, Tuning in to Teens™ shows you how to help your teen develop emotional intelligence.

When: Mondays 17 February–23 March 2020 (six sessions), 6:30 pm–8:30 pm

Where: The Infants' Home, 17 Henry Street, Ashfield NSW 2131

Facilitators: Danielle Pretty and Felicity Meehan (Clinical Nurse Consultants)

Course cost: FREE

Child minding: $5.00 per child, per session ($30.00 for full course). Available for children aged 9 months to 5 years. Child minding is payable in advance, and is non-refundable.
