Last night's Iftar dinner kicked off our International Day celebrations for 2021. After a year of missed events due to COVID-19, it was a wonderful to see the broader school community come together.
The night started with a smoking ceremony performed by Uncle Jimmy Smith and the rest of the evening turned out terrifically. The hospitality students, with the direction of 2018 Masterchef's Hoda Hannaway, delivered a wonderful soup which was accompanied by a huge spread of other delicious food brought in by guests.
Overall, a complete success and a stunning evening.
A special thank you to Erin Dib for organising.
