The careers adviser, Ms Diane Sukkar, plays a vital role in guiding students toward their future pathways. She organises the School to Work program, along with work experience and work placement programs, all of which have proven to be invaluable for students as they explore career options. Additionally, Diane coordinates Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses and other TAFE programs, offering students opportunities to gain practical skills and qualifications alongside their HSC.
The Careers Room can be found on the upper floor, around the corner from Room 50 and the HSIE Staffroom. Students are encouraged to visit Ms Sukkar whenever they begin considering potential career options or paths for further study.
Students are advised to monitor their emails and the Sentral portal to receive updates about courses, qualifications and careers.
